REALTOR®, Real Estate Consultant
Marco Delmonico was born and raised in the Ocean State. He grew up in Cranston and spent his summers exploring Rhode Island’s magnificent coastline. He attended middle school at St. Rocco’s in Johnston, high school at La Salle Academy in Providence, and studied Philosophy and Community Planning at the University of Rhode Island. Well-rounded in communities throughout the state, he knows the ins and outs of Aquidneck Island from living in Newport for many years. Marco’s Italian heritage has always centered him around family, the kitchen and the home. He believes that one of the surest ways to experience “the good life” comes with homeownership. He believes that through homeownership, life’s most important moments are given a foundation and a place to grow.
Marco knows that the buying and selling process comes with a myriad of emotional and logistical transitions, and offers his full support and guidance every step of the way. He has learned much about the potential every space offers through his mother’s interior design work, and about the integrity of a home from his father, a master plumber and contractor. In his years spent working with incarcerated individuals and victims of domestic abuse and trafficking, he learned invaluable interpersonal communication skills and believes in treating all people with care, compassion, and patience. Marco aims to be both an attentive advisor and a reliable friend to his clients. His honesty, authenticity, charisma, and earnest nature are at the forefront of the experience his clients receive. Marco is dedicated to providing expert counsel and diligent agency during what can be one of life’s most complex endeavors.
Marco currently resides in Saunderstown and spends his free time reading, hiking, cooking, and traveling. He and his partner, Madeline, hope to one day start a family of their own and teach a new generation about the wonderful state we live in.
