As a lifelong Cranston resident, Dolores DiMeo Carroll has been a Cranston focused Realtor for over 30 years. Dolores has a superlative record of accomplishment in assisting first-time home owners. As a member of the Conservation Board for the city of Cranston, she is expertly capable of serving her clients.
Dolores is active in the Real Estate community. Her professional Real Estate achievements include positions as the chairperson of the Education Committee, Member of the Grievance Committee, Member of the Professional Standards Committee, Co-chairperson of Public Relations for the RI Association of Realtors and Member of the RI Association of Realtors Convention Committee. She is a member of the Statewide MLS Service and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, where she formerly served as Director.
In her affiliations with previous brokerages, Dolores has been awarded Agent of the Year, and has been inducted into the Realtors Hall of Fame.
Dolores is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a Certified Residential Specialist. This accreditation requires extensive professional training and is held by less than 3% of Realtors nationwide.
Dolores is also involved in her local community on many levels. She was a candidate for Cranston City Council in 2014. Dolores is active in St. Mary’s Church, where she serves as a Greeter, a Bereavement Coordinator, and a Eucharistic Minister. She is also a member of the Regina Coeli Society and was a former CCD instructor for over 16 years.
