Gail DeFelice has been a top-producing Realtor in RI and MA since 1988. Growing up in Lowell, MA, she moved to RI in 1991 and worked as the broker and owner of DeFelice Realtors for 31 years. As a well-seasoned professional, she brings extensive knowledge and experience to her clients and has held many impressive positions over the course of her career.
Excelling in marketing, her impressive resume includes positions as the Director of Marketing for Coldwell Banker New England where she implemented marketing programs for 54 offices in RI, MA & CT, and as the Director of Marketing for DeWolfe New England where she developed marketing programs for 47 offices throughout Massachusetts.
Throughout her career, Gail has received numerous awards for her production and sales volume. She prides herself on her vast real estate knowledge and excellent communication skills which keep her clients informed throughout the home buying and selling process.
Gail is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA and holds the Realtor® GRI designation. Today, Gail’s passions include spending time with her two beautiful grandchildren, sailing, cooking, and diving into a great novel.
